With roots lost in childhood memories of the family kitchen, chef Alex's love for cooking brunched out in places as diverse as N.Y and the lakes of Italy, covering over eight countries across 3 continents, and blossomed on Mykonos island, where chef Alex has spent the last few years creating in culinary bliss, combining his Mediterranean heritage with western infusions.
